Booking your treatment couldn’t be simpler, using the online booking tools.
Your experience booking into either of my clinic venues is important. Below is a brief summary of what to expect. If you have any questions then please do get in touch.

Booking
Booking can be made either via one of my online booking platforms or alternatively you can send me a message via the contact form on this website. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment or the full fee will be charged.
Payment
Both cash and card payments are accepted at the venue. Payments are made at the time of the appointment, unless you have prepaid. If you would like to prepay via card then I can send you a prepay payment link. Payments via payment links must be paid at least 30 minutes before your appointment time or you’ll be asked to pay at the time of your appointment
Do I need to wear a mask?
There are no requirements for you to wear a mask, but if it makes you feel more comfortable then you are free to do so
Will you be wearing a mask?
As a practitioner, I do not normally wear a mask during the treatment, but if you feel more comfortable with me wearing one, then I am happy to do so. Please let me know when attending your appointment.
I have underlying health conditions . Can I book?
Having an underlying health condition doesn’t automatically mean you can’t receive treatment. Each booking involves a consultation, where we can discuss your situation. If I don’t feel treatment is appropriate, there will be no charge. A pre treatment consultation form will be sent out prior to your first booking too.

Visiting the clinic
When visiting the clinic please try to arrive on time for your treatment. There is a seated waiting area outside the therapy rooms at both venues. Please note that the Woolwich venue door is locked when there are no classes taking place, but I will be on hand to let you in about 5 minutes before your treatment time. Please note cancellations made with less that 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
Home visits
I am not currently offering home visits in either location.
